How to cook Turkish Coffee?
Traditionally, original finely ground Turkish Coffee is prepared in a Cezve* which is small, long handled pot. Place the Cezve on a low heat with two teaspoons of coffee per cup full of water and sugar to taste. Stir slowly until the sugar dissolves.
When the coffee begins to foam up, remove the cezve from fire, gently pour a little of the foam into coffee cup and return the cezve to fire. Heat until it foams up again and pour into cup. Each cup should be with foam and deliciously aromatic.
